How the system work?

Cold water in the glass vacuum tubes are heated by the heat energy transfered by the vacuum tubes. Hot water rise to the water tank, and cold water flow down to vacuum tubes.

Specifications:

Solar Collectors: Vacuum Tubes 47x1500 mm

Material of Outer Tank: Colored steel plate 0.5 mm

Material of Inner Tank: Stainless Steel SUS304 2B (Food Contacting Safety) 0.4 mm

Material of Frame Support: Angle steel with sputtered plastic coating thickness: 1.2 mm

Insulation Layer of the Water Tank: Polyurethane foam 40~45kg/m3, Thickness: 52.5 mm

Relative Accessories (we can add them to the full set of solar water heater system if required in your here):

-Controller (which indicates the water level in tank, the temperature, controls the pump and the heating)

- Assistant Tank (to make the water tank always with full water capacity)

- Electric Heater 1.5 KW
