HEAT PIPE VACUUM TUBE (Pressurized & Pre-heated)

SERIES SYSTEM MSTH58XX

Copper heat pipe inside the vacuum tubes used to make the system working without interupt if one or some of the vacuum tubes were damaged.

The syatem can be connected directly with running water.

The running cold water will be heated just in time through the system.

How the System Work?

Copper coil is used as heat exchanger inside the water tank

The storage water tank acts as a thermal source

The system is connected directly with running water and can withstand 0.6 Mpa

Cold water flows directly through copper coil and hot water could be supplied just in time.

Specifications:

Solar Collectors: Vacuum Tubes 58x2000 mm with copper heat pipe inside of the vacuum tubes

Material of Outer Tank: Colored steel plate, thickness: 0.5 mm

Material of Inner Tank: Stainless Steel SUS304 2B (Food Contacting Safety), thickness: 0.4 mm

Material of Frame Support: Angle steel with sputtered plastic coating, thickness: 1.5 mm

Insulation Layer of the Water Tank: Polyurethane foam 40~45kg/m3, thickness: 50 mm

Heat Preservation: 72 hours

Pressure Bearing: 0.6 Mpa

Relative Accessories (we can add them to the full set of solar water heater system if required in your here):

-Controller (which indicates the water level in tank, the temperature, controls the pump and the heating)

- Assistant Tank (to make the water tank always with full water capacity)

- Electric Heater 1.5 KW
