Separated and Pressurized Solar Water Heaters

Pressurized system ensures to provide strong water flowing for shower.

Solar collectors module could be assembled easily together in series system to supply enough hot water.

Integrated and aptitude controller is made of convenient LCD showing water temperature, sate of pump and electric heater.

The auxiliary coil connected on the storage tank for normal heat source such as gas, electric, fuel boiler could work while cloudy or rain days.

Solar collectors and storage tank could be installed separately anywhere according to building design.

Solar collectors can be combined with roof, wall, window or other decoration materials.

Solar Collectors: Vacuum Tubes 58x1800 mm with copper heat pipe inside of the vacuum tubes

Material of Outer Tank: Colored steel plate

Material of Inner Tank: Porcelain enamel, Thickness: 3.0 mm

Material of Frame Support: Galvanized steel plate

Insulation Layer of the Water Tank: Polyurethane foam 40~45kg/m3, Thickness: 55mm

Configuration: Closed Loop with copper coil inside of the tank

Pressure Bearing: 6 Bar.

Relative Accessories: (The complete system include the accessories bellow)

- Working Station Controller (which indicates the water level in tank, the temperature, controls the Circulation Pump and the heating)

- High quality anode magnesium rod inside of the water tank (Soften the water, decompose the furring to safeguards your skin)

- Blow-off valve of the Water Tank (Different water quality is easy to cause furring. User can flow the dirt freely)

- P/T valve of the Water Tank (Over temperature protection and release pressure automatically, making you double reassured during use)

- Heating exchanger inside of the Water Tank 16 copper pipe inside, bulky heating surface, top and bottom heating exchanger can be chosen by clients)

- Electric Heater

1.5 KW for the types MSSA5815-1C, MSSA5820-1C and MSSA5820-2C

2.5 KW for the type MSSA5830-1C and MSSA5830-2C
